We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read below for details on how returns are handled for both general merchandise and custom fOrGed jewelry.

 

⬩ General Merchandise (Clothing, Accessories, etc.)

 

Eligibility:

You may return or exchange items (excluding custom jewelry) within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.


To Start a Return:

Please email support@ogswebsite.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges if inventory allows. If the item you want is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.


Non-Returnable Items:

- Digital products or services (e.g. music downloads, mixing services, etc.)

- Items marked final sale

 

 

⬩ fOrGed Custom Jewelry Orders

 

All fOrGed jewelry is handmade-to-order and crafted uniquely for each client.

As a result:

➤ All fOrGed custom jewelry orders are non-refundable.

This includes:

- Deposits or full payments made through custom payment links

- Design fees

- Fully or partially completed custom pieces


We take pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each order. If there’s ever an issue with your piece upon delivery (e.g. it arrives damaged), contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
