General Policies
All deposits and down payments are non-refundable.
All custom pieces, including grillz, are final sale and non-refundable.
Production begins only after required deposits and/or payments are received.
Remaining balances must be paid in full before delivery or pickup of any finished piece.
CUSTOM JEWELRY POLICIES
Standard Payment Structure
All custom jewelry orders are final sale and non-refundable.
A CAD design deposit is required before any custom piece is designed or quoted:
- CAD deposits range from $50–$200, depending on the complexity of the piece.
- CAD deposits are non-refundable, but are applied toward the final balance.
The total price of the custom piece is determined after the 3D CAD design is completed and approved by the client.
Production begins only after the required deposits and/or payments are received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or pickup of the finished piece.
Payment Plans (Custom Jewelry)
A CAD design deposit ($50–$200) is required before entering a payment plan.
After the design deposit, the remaining balance may be placed on an approved payment plan. Payment plans are available through Shop Pay Installments.
Production timelines are not affected by the length of a selected payment plan.
All custom jewelry orders remain final sale and non-refundable, regardless of payment method.
Payment schedules and installment terms are handled by Shop Pay.
Orders must be successfully processed prior to delivery or pickup.
All deposits and payments remain non-refundable.
Choosing a payment plan does not change production or fulfillment timelines.
GRILLZ POLICIES
Standard Payment Structure
A $50 minimum deposit is required to schedule your dental impression appointment.
- This deposit is applied toward your total order balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your impression appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
At your impression appointment, a minimum down payment of 50% of the total quoted price is due.
- Failure to complete this payment will result in order cancellation.
- Any deposits or payments made remain non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before you receive your finished order.
Clients may choose to pay the full balance at the impression appointment if preferred.
Payment Plans (Grillz)
A $50 deposit is required to schedule your impression appointment.
After the deposit, the remaining balance may be placed on an approved payment plan. Payment plans are available through Shop Pay Installments.
Selecting a payment plan does not delay production or delivery timelines.
All grillz orders remain final sale and non-refundable, regardless of payment method.
The client’s payment schedule is managed by Shop Pay.
All orders must be successfully processed before delivery or pickup.
Choosing a payment plan does not change production or fulfillment timelines.
Additional Notes
By submitting payment or a deposit, the client agrees to all fOrGed policies.
fOrGed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these policies.
fOrGed is not responsible for financing disputes, missed payments, or account issues related to third-party payment providers.
